3. What payment terms you accept?

Payment Terms: T/T, L/C, Western Union, or Cash.

4. After an order is placed, when to deliver?

Usually 40 days for a full mixed 40HQ, for special order if we have stock we can finish within 15 days.

5. If the products are not conformity with requirements, how to solve?
